Villa 17 Jan Thiel is a beautiful villa situated in the old part of Jan Thiel, one of the best areas in Curacao, just a few minutes away from all the nice beaches, restaurants, attractions and a large supermarket. The beautiful colourful centre of Willemstad is only 15 minutes drive away.
The villa has a large private swimming pool that is surrounded by a large tropical garden. It has a separate spacious terrace with a palapa, a canopy of palm leaves. The porch has a sitting area and a large dining table for 8 people, directly connected to the kitchen through a large window. This is really well equipped.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge, spacious cooking area and a large gas oven.
In addition, the kitchen has a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc. In short; nothing is missing.
The house has a large living room with flat screen TV (with different American film channels), DVD, internet connection, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition the house has a separate guest house for two people with their own (third) bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with modern air conditioning. For children we have, on request, a cot and high chair.
We can close the porch with picket fences so that small children can play safely and not just to walk into the pool.
Villa 17 Jan Thiel is a typical tropical house, ?built on the wind?, a wonderful alternative for a busy resort.

The space in the house, it was more spacious than we expected based on the photos. Also the outside space, including porch, was very pleasant, we expected that the photos were put on the website might be very advantageous, but this is not the case. Although the house has no views of mountains or sea, we experiened the privacy in the garden as very pleasant. Details such as the towels and soaps in the bathroom came out very cared about.
