Above and below have exactly the same format. This means that there are 2 living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 porches. Above the 2 bedrooms have a balcony and at the rear a great sea view, below you can enjoy at the pool (7m x 3.5m). The house is located well on the wind and offers plenty of shade on the porch.
On the ground floor the villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom with bath. Also upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom with bath. In addition, both above and below have a separate guest toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have 2 single beds.
There are 2 safes for your belongings, one upstairs and one downstairs.
There are 2 high chairs and 2 cots available.
There are 2 smart TVs (no channels)
You can park your car behind the electric fence where is space for several cars. The house has an alarm system which is diverted to Jan Thiel security.

Fantastic stay, lots of space and a lovely swimming pool with sun loungers. Dishwasher had a malfunction and was immediately replaced by a brand new one by nice men from the rental company.
