The home is located directly on the sea with lots of peace and privacy and has a living area of ??100m2 and an outdoor area of 150m2.

The outdoor area has terraces and beach around the pool(4m x 10m),quiet and has plenty of privacy.
At the pool there are comfortable beach beds and you will find various seats and a hammock. You will also find a large BBQ!
The spacious private swimming pool of 10×4 meters overlooks the sea. From the pier by the sea you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets and see the (cruise) ships entering and leaving the harbor.

The holiday home has a modern kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher, oven, large American fridge / freezer with ice maker, smoothie blender, Nespresso machine and a washer and dryer.

The house is suitable for 4 persons. A separate bedroom and bathroom is located by the sea. Ideal for 2 couples or parents with 2 or more children. In addition to the bedrooms, children can sleep on the large comfortable sofa bed in the living room (with air conditioning).

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with 2 rain showers, double sinks, hair dryer and full length mirrors. There is a luxury box-spring bed of 2×2 meters with a sea view. The bedroom has a smart TV, silent air conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and separate toilet.

There is also a Sonos music system, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, a well-stocked bookcase with Dutch and English literature, puzzles and board games.

Large beach towels, a cool box and beach bag are ready to use for a day at the beach.

Private parking in a closed area: €5 per night

Extra services such as an airport transfer, food package, private chef, massage on your own terrace, private parking, baby bed, high chair, late check out or extra cleaning are possible.
