This apartment is located directly on the Spanish Water in Jan Sofat.

The apartment is ideal for 2 people with possibility for 4 people through a sofa bed in the living room (with air conditioning). You reach the bedroom through a staircase.
You have direct access to the Spanish Water with excellent bathing water. Breakfast on the water or a Happy Sun Set Hour.

The apartment is in the secured residential resort Jan Sofat. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with bathroom, living room with open kitchen, 4-burner gas stove, microwave and large fridge, as well as internet and cable TV (including Dutch 1,2 and 3).
This apartment does NOT have a dishwasher.

All apartments have a porch (covered terrace) with seating furniture overlooking the water. The apartments have a terrace under the palm trees and each has its own access to the large swimming sun deck / jetty where sufficient sun loungers etc are available as well as electricity points.

There are 2 canoes available for free to explore the Spanish Water and a Sunfish sailboat for a small fee. Of course a BBQ is not missing!
