Villa 425 Jan Thiel has a view of the sea and the Vista Royal district.

The villa is suitable for 8 people and within walking distance of Jan Thiel beach.

The villa has a spacious living room with open kitchen with cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The living room is modernly furnished and has a flat-screen TV on which all Dutch channels and BVN can be received.

Through the large glass sliding doors you walk from the living room onto the terrace with swimming pool and large pool deck. Here you can relax at the large dining table or on the lounge set. There are sunbeds around the pool. You can enjoy the sun, the pool and the fantastic view from your lounger.
You can also enjoy the view and the setting sun in the evening.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning and private bathroom!

There is a separate guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine that you can use unlimitedly.
There is of course free WiFi in the house and at the swimming pool.

You enter the site through the electrically operated gate and there is ample space for 4 cars.
