Situated just 300 metres from the popular Jan Thiel Beach, you will enjoy the perfect balance between tranquility and recreation. The villa offers stunning sea views, making your stay even more special.

Interior
The spacious living area is a delight, with a tastefully decorated living room and a large open kitchen that is fully equipped. The high 4 meter ceiling provides a cool and airy feeling, while the extra high patio doors with shutters give access to the veranda and pool.

Veranda and Garden
The extra large veranda of 17 meters wide is the perfect place to relax. With two luxurious design lounge sets and a long dining table for 10 people, it is the ideal space for both cozy and intimate meals. Around the private pool are sunbeds and a comfortable sofa, perfect for sunny days. The palapa in the garden offers a quiet place to escape for a while.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The villa has four spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning and comfortable double beds. The bedrooms at the rear have patio doors overlooking the pool and the sea. Each bedroom has a luxurious and modern bathroom with marble design, rain shower and hairdryer.

Amenities
The villa is equipped with a large TV and a state-of-the-art Harman & Kardon sound system, so you can easily stream music from your smartphone. Good WiFi connection is available throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a ceramic hob, combi ovens, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, so you can feel like a real chef.

Security and Parking
The villa is secured with an alarm system that is connected to a control room, which can also be activated in case of medical emergencies. Behind the remote controlled gate there is parking space for two cars. The outside area is automatically lit in the evening and night for extra security and atmosphere.
