The pool has a size of 5 x 10 meters. The garden has a deep well, which provides the drip system and the pool.

The villa has a spacious living room with an open kitchen with warm water, 6 burner stainless steel gas hob, microwave oven, microwave, dishwasher and double door fridge/ freezer with icemaker.
From the living room you can walk on the porch where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the Spanish Water, you can even see the Table Mountain.
From the porch you walk through the elegant staircase to the garden and get to the large pool where you can take a refreshing dip.
In the garden are plenty of loungers for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool.

In total there are 5 bedrooms with air conditioning and fan, 3 bathrooms with hot water, shower, toilet and sink (in one bathroom a bath). There is also a 4th toilet.
